I consider myself somewhat of a city girl with granola sensibilities. Living abroad and on both coasts of the country, I was lucky to get the opportunity to cultivate my interests, beliefs, values, and convictions. I guess you can say I have a clear sense of self, and would like to meet a like-minded guy who can challenge me. I was fortunate to find a profession that I feel passionate about and can't imagine doing anything else (well, except maybe being a world-renowned accordion player. Don't hate). My job may sound intense but it actually requires timely lightheartedness and maybe an "edgy" sense of humor. I pride myself in having a strong work ethic, but find balance by spending time with family and friends, whether it be dining out, getting drinks at a local dive bar, going to a concert, hiking, or ordering take-out and a movie. I don't presume to know all the qualities of my ideal match, but I do value a curious mind, witty sense of humor, someone who knows what he wants in life (personally and professionally), and is eager to pursue his passions. Also, I am interested in meeting someone who is expressive, kind, open-minded, considerate, and values their relationships. That being said, I am a firm believer in the importance of chemistry, which cannot be quantified and is only revealed in person!
