I am a down-to-earth, family oriented, athlete with astronomical goals. I'm technically a Texan, but I was raised in the LA area. I like to keep things simple and loose as possible because there's no point in doing anything if you can't have fun with it. I make fun of myself to stay sane, and have an immediate attraction to anyone who can make me laugh. I like to lead a healthy lifestyle (early wake-up, clean eating, gym rat), but I don't feel guilty when I skip the routine every now and then. Hey man, I live in the world; sometimes you just need a Double Double, animal style.
I play competitive, amateur golf and turn pro next year. As you can imagine, it takes up most of my time (and energy), but I say it's not work if you love it. I make a point to stay as well-rounded as possible, so I've picked up a few hobbies along the way (surfing, martial arts, teaching myself piano & guitar, and getting down on the occasional dance floor). My friends are family to me, so I spend as much free time as I can with them, usually at a new restaurant/bar.
I'd like to meet a confident woman with a good heart who is passionate about her goals, and isn't afraid to take me down a peg if I need it. As opposed to someone I can lead or follow, I'm looking for someone I can walk next to. If this makes sense to you, we'll get along just fine. Definitely a bonus if you can show me something on the dance floor...
