In a cheesy mood, one might describe me as a rolling stone - though I seem to be collecting good friends and good times along the way (does that qualify as moss?). I am an Ann Arbor native (or thereabout), but moved around quite a bit in my last job as a consultant helping non-profits with their fundraising needs. I just moved to DC for a great new job, and am thrilled to be setting roots in such a great town!
I love a good story – I tell a lot of my own (ask me about the one-eyed gypsy-cab driver), plus I surround myself with items to remind me of other stories, like the statue over there from Sierra Leone, or the coat hooks on the other wall from Boerne, TX. My mother is unintentionally one of the funniest people I know, and if you’re lucky I’ll share a few of her gems with you!
For the most part I am looking for someone willing to get out with me and explore. You are funny, and like to make sure people around you are having a good time. You enjoy the outdoors, and especially being out on the water! You are confident in who you are, but not so cocky that you can’t recognize how much more we all have to learn. You are always up for a good time, but are also happy to spend an evening on the couch with a good movie. You care deeply for those that matter to you, but don’t smother anyone with your attention.
I am more likely to respond to an email, but a wink will do – just send a note and lets start sharing stories!
