I had to smile when I saw my first "match" because, like me, he likes to bowl??? I actually laughed out loud - and then realized I had listed that as an interest (which, I agree is fun every now and then - late at night, when nothing else is open)!! I'm looking for someone who is fun, spontaneous, adventurous, and is a gentleman. I value kindness and believe in treating others the way I'd like to be treated. Confidence, intellectual curiosity and a sense of humor are deeply appreciated. I love to learn - and don't think this is limited to the classroom. Reading is important to me, and travel has taught me more about the world than any formal education could.

Children are important to me - which is good because I have two (11, 6). I adore the little quirky things they do and genuinely enjoy being a parent. I dance in the kitchen, hold regular movie nights for the latest super hero movie and always dress up on Halloween. I enjoy travel both with and without little munchkins and have a great time traipsing around Columbia with them - but also have a great time traveling without them.
I attempt to follow the Dave Ramsey financial plan and certainly consider myself a responsible grown-up. Balancing a check book and avoiding interest are priorities for me. I'm financially stable and while I realize this isn't particularly sexy, it is something I am looking for in a potential partner. I feel very thankful to have found a job I love (I am an attorney and my specialty is international corruption) and it challenges me every single day and I still look forward to a new case even after (many) years of practicing.
I'm a Utah girl, but lived in Manhattan for about 8 years and Los Angeles for several years. Both experiences made me appreciate Utah for what it has to offer - I love the outdoors, the skiing, the mountains and the competent checkers at the grocery store. I proactively chose to return "home" and know it was a good choice!!
