I am 32 and a mom to a five year old boy. I can be dry and sarcastic and I love a good, "That's what she said". A few people have told me I am a little bit fiesty, which I take as a compliment. I can seem shy at first but I get over it quickly with some good conversation. When I am not working as a bartender and/or have my son, I enjoy going to sporting events, going out to eat, and hanging out on a patio. I don't enjoy sitting at home by myself but am totally content doing that with someone joining me on the couch to chill. I am always on time (or early). Being late is probably one of my biggest pet peeves ever. Unfortunately I am not at a place in my life where I can be spontaneous and come and go as I please. However, on days I don't have my son and work, I can pretty much go with the flow.
My son is my partner-in-crime. We enjoy going to the zoo and I love taking him to sporting events! I'm not interested in introducing him to anyone anytime soon but you have to like kids because that's a part of me! It seems like guys freak out about meeting someone with a kid. Maybe some women out there are looking for a dad for their child. I am not. He has one and that's all he needs. I am looking for a companion for myself! My son is my life but I'm also very lucky to have a lot of free time. I have a good balance on kid, work, and fun. I know how to be someone other than mom.
I'm all about sports. I love the Buckeyes, Browns, Blue Jackets, Reds, Clippers, and I have love for the Jets and Packers but not a bandwagon jumper. I hate that! I absolutely love going to as many games as I can. I can be competitive and it comes out during fantasy football. I don't understand how anyone can go through life without some sort of favorite sport. I am determined to start running. A friend of mine ran two full marathons this past year and it really inspired me.
I'm looking for someone with similar interests, obviously! A sense of humor is a must. So is a love of sports. If you can quote Anchorman, Old School, and Wedding Crashers, that is awesome.
