In a nutshell (pistachio preferrably): Quick wit, warm smile, 3 dimples on my cheeks, not 4, ecclectic reportoire of politically incorrect remarks, think on my toes, surround myself with intellectually stimulating people, but avoid people that take life too seriously (it's too short), always holds the door open for other people & uses the same level of manners and considersation whether I'm speaking to the CEO of a company or the man or woman who is responsible for emptying the waste baskets in the CEOs office, has an extremely soft spot for animals and children (there is no such thing as too much affection for either if you ask me), considers music my personal form of religion (it's gotten me through more difficult times in my life than any organized religious messages ever have, trust me I've done my research on a variety of religious affiliations), would take a bullet for any of my loved ones (count myself very lucky that I can lay my head down at night knowing they would do the same for me), loves coffee, sushi, burying my head in books on a regular basis, laughing until I cry or feel as if I have had an abdominal workout, cuddles with my puppy and speaks to her (knowing fully well that the tone of my voice and whether or not I am holding a treat is all she cares about), wants to travel to as many places as humanly possible, believes in falling in love, in being the best version of yourself instead of trying to be someone else, in the resilience of anyone who has survived life circumstances that would tempt one to give up, that I will make a difference in the world through my job as a mental health counselor, that I am a strong and proud woman who won't apologize for being me, and most importantly believes that someday I will make a wonderful wife and an amazing mother, leaving behind a legacy that will have far more value than any amount of money I will ever accrue.
My "match": unconventional, secure, openminded, ambitious, passionate, determined, adventurous, creative, intelligent, spontaneous, honest, with a good sense of humor and a similar passion for art and music to mine.
I am not shallow nor do I desire to be with someone who is. I value authenticity, intuition, living your life with as much passion as humanly possible, & true love. The eyes are the window to the soul, there is infinite power and possibility in self-expression, music is a wound healer, all people should help other people, make the one life that you have count.
