I love trying new restaurants and dining out with my friends. I just moved to North Park and I like all of the new options that I have around me.
My biggest passion is music. It's a great creative outlet and allows me to use another part of my brain. I'm self taught so it's always a learning experience too. I guess it can affect/stimulate you on different levels which is good because you never know what you're going to get out of it. I think everyone should have something they do that is just for fun and has no purpose beyond that. I play a show about once a month and some of my band's songs are played during the local hour on the local rock stations in San Diego.
I love the outdoors and try to get out as much as possible on weekends. I used to swim competitively and try get in the pool several times a week to stay in shape. I also really love hiking and a really obscure sport called Orienteering (you can google it).
For work I design and build software. I really like the creative problem solving aspect of my job. Everyday is a new challenge and it keeps my mind active. I finished my MBA last year and I'm loving all of my newfound free time. Somehow I always seem to fill it though!
