Before you ask, I'm half Japanese, and a combo of German and Scottish. Not quite as exciting as it sounds, but hey, work with what you've got. I'm a California native living it up in NYC and I like to think that I bring the laid-back, fun-loving CA attitude to the east coast.
I lived in Florence for four months, which subsequently turned me into an excellent bodyguard in the event that a gypsy tries to steal your wallet. I've traveled quite a bit around Europe and the US, but I'm always ready to go somewhere new. Next on my list: Thailand, Japan and Greece, though not necessarily in that order.
I'm a big fitness/sports junkie, though not in the obsessed/health freak/preachy way that some people are. I've been doing triathlons for 4 years and it's safe to say I'm hooked. It started as a school project and, well, years later I'm still competing having recruited friends and family along the way. I also love playing and watching basketball. Go Lakers! (Apologies to any Knicks/Celtics fans out there. Don't hold it against me.) I'm always down to watch a good game no matter the sport...though you may have to explain the rules a couple times so I can yell at the refs without sounding like a complete idiot.
I'm looking for a guy who isn't afraid to let out his goofy, nerdy side. (We all have one...some just refuse to acknowledge that fact.) I want someone who can make me laugh, be spontaneous, and bring me out of my comfort zone. While I enjoy getting dressed up and going out as much as the next girl, occasional Saturday nights on the couch with a glass of wine and an outrageous comedy are very much appreciated.
