A lot of people say if you live in Manhattan for ten years you’re a native, but someone once told me it was only seven. I hope that’s true, because I don’t know if I can survive another three. New York has to be the one of the greatest cities in the world though. It’s amazing how much fun you can have riding the Staten Island Ferry or walking the Brooklyn Bridge. As long as I’ve been here I have yet to discover even 1% of all the wonderful and fascinating things there are to do in this city.
I'm originally from Texas, but I'm definitely a city girl now. I think there's still a sweet, small town girl in me- somewhere. I love warm weather. Sometimes I wish I could move to San Diego or anywhere where it’s 80 degrees all year long. I guess that’s the Texan in me.
What am I looking for in a perfect match? I don't think I’ll know that until I find him.
