I've been called outgoing, loud, fun, and hilarious my whole life and I think that gives an excellent description of my personality. I have no problem talking with people, even if I've just met them, and most people I meet tell me that they feel like they've known me for years after just a few times hanging out together. Those who know me say that I'm a very confident person who is charmingly funny.
My family is extremely important to me and they are a priority in my life. I have a mom, dad, and little sister who all live in the Portland area and we love spending time together. Anyone who wants to be a major part of my life needs to get along with my family and should be ok with occasionally spending time with them. The good news is that they're easy to be around and they'll love having you over to hang out on one of our family game nights!
I'm known to be a hopeless romantic and I'm not ashamed to admit it. I believe in chivalry and being a gentleman to a woman. On our dates I'll set the plans, hold the doors, walk you to your car or front door, and pull out your chair for you. It's not because I think you're helpless, it's because I want to do those things. You can expect to be treated like a lady whenever you're with me. I like a partner who also acts like a lady, but who isn't afraid to sometimes get wild and let loose as well.
I need to be with someone who is engaging in conversations and who has plenty of energy. You should be passionate about something in your life; it can be anything from your job to your favorite hobby, just as long as it's something. As of right now, I’m just looking for someone I can get to know and have fun with. I don’t need to find my future wife on my next date. Don’t get me wrong, if something serious comes along I won’t push it away; but I’ll still be just as happy whether we only hang out once, or if we go on a couple of dates and just become friends, or if we spend the summer seeing each other. I'm looking for a woman who likes to be girly and get dressed up, but is also just as comfortable lounging around in a pair of shorts and one of my hoodies. If this sounds like you then we're off to a good start :-)
The last couple of things you should know about me: 1.) I am VERY committed to building my lacrosse program at the high school I coach at, and it makes for a busy schedule that takes up a big portion of my free time. If you're not the type of person who will be ok with me having a hectic schedule in order to follow my passion, or if you’re not comfortable with sharing a man’s time with other things, I certainly won’t judge you on that, but this probably won’t work out. 2.) For the longest time I really wanted to be in a relationship, but it was because I was lonely and wanted to use a relationship to fill a void. At this point I'm VERY happy with my life and I want to find someone who won't play head games or be worried over where things are going after our first date. Basically, I'm looking for someone who knows how to just have fun and enjoy life in the moment!
