My friend and I both went on match last year and had a lot of fun with it...sooo decided to try again. Pretty busy lately and you never know :) If nothing else, it has kept me extremely entertained! I have received some interesting messages. About me...I am a speech pathologist. I work in special education and I also do home therapy with 0-3 year olds. I really love what I do, minus the paperwork. The kids are so great and it is never, ever boring. I used to be pretty big into running..trained for the marathon in 2011, but got injured. Then was impatient and started running again too early and got injured again..and again. So I take it easier w/ running now, but sometimes I think about trying to redeem myself by running a marathon someday. Random things that I love in no specific order: Friends and Friends references, Due Date, The Avett Brothers, Dance Moms (just being honest), sarcasm, someecards, the AT&T commercials with the guy talking to the little kids, pizza, red wine, margaritas, pineapple, airplanes, being made fun of, people who make me laugh, laminating things, things that are laminated, irish dancers (used to be one), bagpipes, the violin/fiddle, my dad's band, my brothers' bands, changing seasons, fall, bonfires, backyard family/friend get-togethers, thunderstorms, the ocean, the ocean, the ocean, random acts of kindness, traveling and coming home after traveling, the airport, the word "cozy." I used to speak somewhat decent Spanish and let it go and now I am trying to get it back...I am impressed by people who speak more than one language and I want to be one of them. I also respect people who know the difference between your and you're, to, too, and two, and their, there, and they're...etc. ;). I'm a pretty great speller, love to read, terrible at math, no sense of direction. My heart stops whenever my gps stops working for a second. I grew up dancing and I'm horrible at sports..but I do love going to sporting events. Random things specific to match...it makes me laugh when it says "I'll tell you later" next to things like pets..or really next to anything. College? ...I'll tell you later. I love to see someone block out the faces of their family/friends/ex-girlfriends in pictures instead of just cropping them out. It looks really good. I also enjoy looking for the standard guy profile lines..e.g., "I want a girl who is just as comfortable in jeans/tshirt/flip flops/hat as she is in a dress and heels." One guy got a little more creative and said he's looking for the girl who will just "slap up" her hair into a pony tail on a Sunday. I still laugh every time I visualize it. I'd love to know the typical girl lines. I think the best thing about this site is the voices on the quiz. Not sure if the girls are as funny as the guys, but I think it is worth checking out. And finally, I think I see "woman" used correctly maybe 1 in 10 times. Lots of "I'm looking for a women." That is a random place to stop, but this is all pretty random so there you go! :)
