I am an easy going, fun loving, and nurturing woman with a great sense of humor, downright silly at times! I absolutely love to laugh and agree that it is the best medicine. I am a health enthusiast, very serious about health maintenance and illness prevention by following a diet of high quality non processed foods in addition to exercising consistently. I plan to age gracefully and stay fit, funny and active until I am at least 90. I enjoy cooking and experimenting with new recipes and spices. I love the outdoors; bike riding and hiking are some of the outdoor activities I especially enjoy. The beach is my absolute favorite place to relax. I love to read and consider a great book one that inspires, motivates, and expands my consciousness. I am moved by all types of music and enjoy live performances. I won't be found watching television very often. Spending time with family and friends is a priority. I'm ready for a meaningful connection with a thoughtful, mature, health conscious man!
