I went to Ohio University for my undergraduate and graduate degree and 8 years later I am still down by OU for my job. I counsel children and I absolutely love it! My kids are hilarious and each day brings something new. I am currently still down in the Athens area but I will be moving back to Columbus in May. I currently travel to Columbus on a regular basis and enjoy going downtown or to local bars with my girlfriends on the weekends, but I thought I would try this site sooner rather than later to meet people I may not be meeting when I go out.
I am extremely passionate about life and I love new experiences. I believe change is a good thing and I am always down to try something different and step out of my comfort zone. I appreciate someone who is willing to do the same and who truly enjoys everything life has to offer. I try to live a healthy lifestyle and I am looking for someone who also likes to take care of themselves physically and spiritually through exercise and eating right. I love trying new ways to get fit (yoga, TRX, spinning) and enjoy making trips to the local farmers market every once in a while to buy fresh food. I love trying new foods and probably could never diet because of how much I love food! I am a very loyal, passionate, empathetic, affectionate, and kind person. I am very down to earth and even-keeled. I am a bit of a hippie at heart and can be a bit sassy at times but feel free to give it right back! I wear heels to work and when I go out so I am about 5'10'' half of the time :)
I am very attracted to a guy who is free spirited and spontaneous, but also down to earth and reliable. I believe one of the best feelings is a deep, uncontrollable laugh, so a guy with a good sense of humor is something that I definitely look for. A guy that is confident but humble is extremely attractive to me. I am looking for a genuine, honest, and compassionate guy. Since my family and friends mean the world to me, I am looking for a guy that my family and friends just adore and believe is a wonderful person. I gave up a while ago trying to figure out my type because I always surprise myself with who I find attractive. Someone I feel physically and spiritually drawn to, for whatever reason, is who I find attractive. With that being said, my friends and I joke that I tend to be attracted to a guy with some scruff or a nice full beard! :)
All in all, I am looking for someone who is genuinely a good person and who I feel a deep connection with. I want to be out somewhere and as I turn and look at the one I am with, I instantly feel their warmth and fall in love all over again. Whoever I end up with is someone who I will have fun with forever no matter what stage we are in our lives.
