Random facts about me:
*I am originally from Michigan and moved here about 6 years ago to take a teaching job. I love being a teacher because I get to work with children and I have my summers free :)
*I am the 2nd of 5 kids and have a huge extended family. I miss not seeing my family as much as I used to, but I have come to enjoy living in the south.
*I consider myself to be pretty easy going and am up for anything. Well not anything...I don't see myself jumping out of planes or bungee jumping.
*I enjoy traveling, but it seems that since I've moved down here, all my traveling has been back to see me family or quick trips up to DC. This summer I went to Italy and it was amazing! It made me realize how much I love seeing new things.
*I don't drink coffee. If I need caffeine I have a pop. Or now that I live in the south, my friends tell me I have to call it soda.
*I like going to the bar to hang out with friends. Its just not an every weekend kind of thing for me.
*I like to go bowling. However, liking to bowl and being good at it are not the same thing.
*I smile at strangers just to see if they will smile back.
