I am a responsible, caring, positive-thinking man. I am also quite adventurous, a bit on the independent side, yet very sociable, attentive and happy.

Los Angeles is a fantastic city to live in and try to take advantage of it as much as I can (not bad coming from a Parisian, right?).
I run a couple of travel-related websites, I am a faculty in a culinary school where I manage the student-run fine-dining restaurant (I am a fine cook but not a chef anymore).
My latest project involves local, organic, gourmet foods, wines and beers and is very, very exciting!!
I also believe in leaving the world a better place than we found it and love restoring wildlife habitats in Socal with a conservation group.
I am a very adaptable person, I feel at ease deep in the woods of the Sierras, in a small village in Kenya or at a cocktail party with some out-of town diplomats.
I love to have fun, laugh, dance, and kiss (did I mention I was French? haha!) - I know what I like, what makes me happy and I am not afraid to make it happened!
I try to surf and kite-surf as much as I can (not very often!). Lastly, I love going to Tahiti and so will you!
