My closest friend has said that I am a "go-getter" in life; I set out tasks and accomplish it- no matter how impossible it seems at that moment. I think it's great to have aspirations, even better feeling when you accomplish it. Support from others is what has kept me on track and kept me going. I admire honesty and sincerity in people and I think that is what I pick up on when I meet someone for the first time.
I've lived in Michigan, Florida, California and now Nevada. I like the small town feeling but love to go out on the town in big cities! I like to see new places, try new things, such as taking Salsa, Meringue, and Bachata dance lessons, learned to sail, and will one day get the courage to sing at a open mic night. More recently, I took up indoor rock climbing, and will learn to stand up paddle board and kayak. I guess I can be outdoorsy, but love to be also stay home and do crafts and cook new dishes or deserts. I love to travel- been to different countries including South East Asia and would love to go back, but I have yet to travel to Europe or South America.
I moved back to Las Vegas after being gone for 3 years for grad. school but grew up in So. Cal - and is probably where I would call home. I've done the partying, dating games and I'm ready for something more...no drama and no games, but it's evident to me that it's true what they say about chasing love, the "more you chase it - the more it eludes you." So, I am on here to meet people and see where it goes. Are you willing to take a chance too and see where it can lead?
