I'm very "seinfeldian"- I spend most of my day making random observations like why is your father your "old man" but your wife "your old lady"?. I like using air quotes. I'm very intellectually curious and hope I always keep the same thirst for knowledge and learning that I have now. I add a handful of cereal at a time into my bowl of milk to maximize the crunchiness. I was born and raised in Manhattan and over the past 20 something years have, for better or worse, definitely experienced many of those "Only in New York" moments. I enjoy commenting on awkward situations, thereby making the situation that much more awkward. I spent most of the 80s wishing I was old enough to be on Supermarket Sweep. One time I sold my Pringles on a school trip in 5th grade for 25 cents a chip. When I received complaints about the unfair markup I quickly responded that my retail motto was "If you're hungry you'll pay if not go away."
I'm looking for someone positive and who doesn't sweat the small stuff, someone who is intellectual, empathic and honest, someone who can make me laugh until my stomach hurts and who can challenge me to think about things in a different way. Ultimately I'm looking for someone who would be my best friend if we weren't a couple.
