Well hey there ... !
So, I'll get to it ... I'm pretty laid back and go with the flow ... and try to keep it that way for the most part. I can be a little hard headed and stubborn sometimes but, hey, I'm German, Irish and a redhead, so it it comes with the territory ;)
Other than dating, I'm pretty happy with everything going on in my life. I bought a condo about a year and a half ago in Conshy and have been doing renovations on it since. I've been working for a software company in the city for about 3 years. Never thought I would love a job as much as I love this one but ... I do!!
My family and friends are super important to me (as they should be for anyone). I've learned to appreciate genuineness and honesty more and more over the years, as they are very hard qualities to find in people (or maybe just in Philly ... not sure yet). I love sports and anything involving competition ... I hate to lose! lol. I play PSSC football in the Spring and the Fall for two different teams and I've been known to impress a boy or two with my perfect spiral ;) I also throw out a movie quote approximately every 13 seconds ...
I've picked up two new hobbies recently. Singing and guitar. I'm taking lessons for both. Never too late to chase a dream I guess, right?? My ultimate goal is to be able to sing and play at the same time ... by September. Gulp ... we'll see how that goes.
Where this match thing may take me? .... who knows. But, overall, I am looking for someone who is definitely interested in building a friendship above anything else. Relationships ... marriage ... babies ... joint finances (blah blah blah), not easy for anyone. And I've seen too many couples think that getting married or doing something because "it's the next step" will make things better. I've always imagined myself marrying my best friend ... and life is way to awesome to settle for anything less!!
