In a nutshell, I'm a down to earth girl with a good head on my shoulders, but I'm also a dreamer and have big goals I'm working toward. I think balance is very important and the way to be happy is simply to become more of who you truly are. I'd like to find someone who shares my perspective that life is short and precious and therefore we're meant to make the most out of every day. I'm creative, fun, curious, and loyal and I think a relationship should help you to grow and bring out the best in each other.
It's difficult to get a good sense of who someone is from a text box, so I'd prefer to have a conversation. That being said, here are a few random facts about me: I was born, raised, and educated in and around Boston but definitely don't have the accent. I have southern values and a New England work ethic. Summer is by far my favorite season, but nothing beats a New England fall (cranberries, apple pie, pumpkin ale, football, and uggs = awesome) I have a pretty witty, sarcastic, and cheeky sense of humor- if you love family guy, then we'll have a good laugh together. The inside of my fridge is always very colorful, whereas my home is very neutral- I'm really into modern design. I can be fairly reserved and quiet at times, but theres a fearless performer in me too- I cheered in ACC stadiums, sang at my college graduation mass, and competed in the jr olympics.
I think we'd click if you have any of the following qualities: You love witty banter. You know the difference between you're and your, and their and there. You can play an instrument and/or enjoy live music. Watching the Olympics this past summer made you reminisce about your competitive days. You can't imagine ever living away from the water. You know of and enjoy listening to a country artist other than Kenny Chesney (or at least don't mind that I love that twang!) You're conscious about your health and like eating good foods. You like laughing so hard it hurts. You're confident, but not cocky.
As for why I'm here: I'm not much of a bar/club type of person, so I figured this was a good way to meet people outside my normal social circle. I'm all for taking chances and living life to the fullest, so I'm giving this a try. Send me a message if you'd like to know more!
