I have quite a few interests, and love to explore the world around me. Probably my defining characteristic is my curiosity and confidence (not arrogance). Ok, that's two.. I love to cook - I make my own bread almost weekly, started making cheese, made wine, jam, etc.. I'm particulary good at French food - the more involved the better! I love to run, bike and otherwise stay active. Also love naps in the afternoon when I can. As far as emotions, I'm probably your average guy, although not having dated other guys I'm not exactly certain what passes for average. In a nutshell I am very balanced and straightforward, and don't get bent out of shape easily. I'm affectionate, but not overbearing. I like to hold hands, hug, and (not sure what else they would let me write)...
I do share custody of my two bear cubs, I mean boys (6 and 8), with my ex, with whom I have a good relationship with. I coach their soccer teams, teach them to cook and garden, and guide them in growing up. I just love being a dad.
I'm looking for someone to share adventures, life and love with. I can't say I have a specific list of must haves, but nice to haves include: chemistry, intelligence, a "lightness" of personality, and a general optimism of life.
