This is always the interesting part of this site…describe yourself. Let’s see… I am quite the laugher. Whether you find me funny or not, I still laugh. On the flip side, I can be serious (when it is necessary). I am a teacher that loves her job… I like to think of myself as the fun teacher, but still get the job done. have a fantastic job and love working with children in education. It is a very rewarding. I know I could make more money elsewhere, but this is where I am meant to be! I value my job and look for someone who also takes pride in their job. I find pride in one's job is much different than letting it consume you, so it is important to know when to step away for some breathing time. This leads into my desires to do 101 different things at one time. I get this “overachieving” quality from my mother…so, let’s blame her! I am originally from Alabama. Pet peeve: I hate when I tell people I am from Alabama and they say… “Oh, Alabama…” followed with a laugh. I guess Alabama has this stereotype that we are a bunch of NASCAR loving rednecks…while there are quite a few of those, there are also the polar opposite! My wonderful family lives back in Alabama and I cherish every chance I get to go back and see them.
I must admit that I have lived in Georgia for five years now and I still have not experienced all that it has to offer…not even close! Somehow a lot of my friends are other transplants who also don’t know what is going on. With that said, I would love to find someone who could help me explore the fun things in Georgia.
What am I looking for… the prince charming that I see in all the Disney movies. You know the one with the perfect hair, perfect tan, perfect kiss, and knows all the right things to say. Realistically speaking, I would love to find someone I just mesh with. You don’t have to put on a “front,” but you are just who you are…imperfections and all! I need someone who will make me laugh and laugh at my jokes. I’d like someone that is up for having “Sofa Saturdays” (watching movies or football) or going out. A person that will listen to me talk (which I can do a lot of) and tell me when to shut up. I value a person who has goals and aspirations, but actually does something with them. I'd like to meet someone who values family just as much as I do. Oh, I should say that I need to find someone who gets along with my brothers....Most importantly, someone who values their faith; knowing that a strong foundation is Christ yields a lasting relationship.
