Hey! My name is Josh...And when I'm not taming lions, attempting to perfect the art of the "high five", and flying my private jet (don't get your hopes up...it's a joke), I am probably playing sports, rocking out in my car (while being completely aware of how lame I look to the rest of the world), working with kids, or writing (poetry or music).
My perfect date has a strategically calculated set of phases which still baffles academics everywhere.
Phase 1: Dazzle you with my wit and charm.
Phase 2: Take you out to dinner somewhere we both liked (continued dazzling and charming).
Phase 3: A nice walk on the beach under the stars (you're dazzled and charmed).
Phase 4: Walk you to your car, say "goodnight", and have you text me when you got home so I knew you made it home safely.
Yup...that's the game plan...
I am a firm believer that no matter what honesty should be kept. Honesty is the foundation of a relationship and I refuse to found one on anything less. I am quick witted and love making people smile (even at my own expense, which the kids I work with are completely aware of).
I am very athletic, active in my faith, easy going, intelligent, hard working, funny, confident, and driven (though sometimes I don't know where I'm driving to).
I recently went to Germany with my unit (for training in the month of February) and had an absolute blast. I am an infantry soldier in the United States National Guard (but my unit just got back so we have no deployments for a minimum of three years...So now I'm rocking the Naples life). I am currently substitute teaching and I LOVE IT!!! I work with all ages but usually middle school and elementary. I can't explain how great some of these kids are and I love getting the opportunity to help them grow in life.
I begin training to be a firefighter in the fall and cannot wait! Because of the military and aspirations of firefighting I work out four to five times a week. Fitness is very important to me!
My ideal match would be someone who loves God, works hard, has fun, and has a fantastic personality! I have no problem with her drinking...but I am completely over the party scene. I need someone who is not afraid to look a little silly sometimes because sometimes that's the best way to have fun!
I believe that somewhere in the world there is someone who is meant to be with me and someone is meant for you too! If that person is me, Fantastic! And if not...Keep on searching...someday we will find them!
