I'm independent, projecting and out-going. Although I do try to be practical and frugal I thoroughly enjoy the finer things in life to the extent that I can afford them (live within my means). I won't ask anyone to do something for me that I am not able to do for myself, but I will not challenge chivalry, I still believe in it.
I enjoy a good glass of wine, martini or margarita but I don't have to go out every other weekend either. Years ago I read a book called the Four Agreements and it really transformed me and my perspective toward my life. They are: 1) Be impeccable to your word, 2) Don't take anything personal, 3) Don't make assumptions and 4) Always give your best. I believe in these agreements and I have found balance in my life even when times are tough. I'm interested in someone with similar views and a positive attitude.
Although the winters in TX are mild, I really enjoy sitting by the fire with wine, hot chocolate or a really good movie. I'm a big fan of Martin Scorsese films, Chevy Chase and Bruce Lee. I'm not looking to be a kept woman but would appreciate a man with intellectual maturity and a mutual respect to go out with and see where it goes.
