I'm a shameless intellectual who believes in living an examined life. Some may say I'm overly cerebral, but I always come back to standing in awe of the mysteries in life revealed through nature, music, art, and poetry. I love to laugh at lowly puns, nerdy jokes, British humor, sharp wit, and everything in between. I like seeing different parts of the world and experiencing different cultures. I often attend live music shows and am primarily interested in pop, rock, and folk but try to appreciate music in all its forms. I also love animals, science, the night sky, cuddling, philosophy, etymology, and those Dancing Matt videos on the Internet.
My current personal motto is "seek truth; have fun." I always try to see both sides, though of course almost nothing in life is that dichotomous. I don't like to fight-argue, but I like to debate-argue, and I hope you respect that I often discuss contrary positions simply to enlighten my own and others' viewpoints.
I'm looking for a like-minded person whom I can challenge and can challenge me to be better (though engaging in vice together sometimes is also fun), someone witty and willing to question everything.
