I get a kick out of exploring the world. Sitting in a Beijing taxi marveling at how impossibly crazy and beautiful the Chinese language is, or watching a tiny fish ferociously defend its small corner of a tide pool - these are the experiences that make me smile and get me thinking about the next adventure. I'd love to meet a woman who finds these experiences just as appealing. It's more fun when you've got someone to share these things with.
I treat others with respect, from family and friends to the busboy at the local restaurant. I want the people around me to feel comfortable and appreciated. I'm looking for the same in a partner. We should never skimp on "please" and "thank you" - amazing how a simple "how's your day going?" melts even the grouchiest FedEx representative. We all have bad days, and I sure as heck am no angel, but we should both strive to have a positive impact on the world.
