I grew up on the East Coast, so I carry a lot of the traits you may experience in somebody from Philly. We love our sports teams, sarcastic banter, fatty foods and most of all, we are extremely loyal to our friends and family.
I am a self-made guy who has worked for everything I have, which has allowed me to create a very comfortable and adventurous life for myself. For me, it started with a football scholarship that took me to Texas, the complete opposite of Philly. Moving away from home help mold me into a strong, independent and confident man, who is open to different places, cultures and lifestyles.
Although I played college football, work in the sports field and like to stay fit, I am not the "jock type". I read a lot, cook, travel, and go to museums and plays (but please don't tell my clients that). If you do watch a game with me we will do so from the field or with a fun group of friends.
I have visited 25 countries and the list continues to grow yearly. I have a goal that I am committed to: that's visiting one new country each year until I can't do it anymore. I am looking for a woman who is adventurous/curious enough to join me in my exploration of the world and tasting the its' many cultures. I would even be open to living abroad for a year or two, as I get along very well with fellow travelers and people who are from outside the states. For me, sharing experiences with a woman I love is more important than any material things.
Because of my work schedule (especially during high season Oct to Feb.), I am pretty selective as to how I spend my personal time. Therefore, I do no anticipate on dating a lot. Quality over quantity
I do not take myself to seriously, so I appreciate a woman who can laugh at herself and is comfortable in her own skin. I am usually attracted to independent woman and even secure with women who are smarter and more successful than most men (or me). I would like a woman who has something she can call her own, such as a career or hobby. It is not the profession or interest that matters to me, it is the passion you have in doing it.
I am confident guy and I am attracted to confident woman. I consider myself a gentleman, as I grew up with three older sisters who taught me to respect women. I continuously strive to be a real man and the best man I can be.
