I've never made a profile on any of these sites but I figured it couldn't hurt so why not.... Guess I'm just looking for someone who enjoys life and tries to make me as happy as I'll try to make her.
I'm basically tired of the bar scene for meeting women. Sure it's easy enough but I want quality, not quantity.
I'm a former U.S. Marine and very proud of that. Sometimes I can be a little OCD I guess when it comes to having my house clean and my office organized, but that's about it. Other than that I'm very easy going and referred to as the life of the party on several occasions. My profile says divorced only because I was married for 13 short months and we ended it in 1999. I got married too quick because I got her pregnant and was trying to do the right thing. My son was my entire life, but unfortunately he was taken from me in a four wheeler accident in May 2007 at the age of 8 years old. I normally don't tell people that unless I know them well so please don't ask details at first because I still miss him every single day and the hurt of losing my only son will always be there, I just learned how to deal with it. I even had his portrait tattooed over my heart by the famous Kat Von D. I only list this information about me so that I'm not asked about it every time a talk to someone.
Now I work in the oilfield for the largest publicly traded oil and gas company in the world. You can probably guess the name and I'll tell you if you don't, but I won't post it on here. I love my job because I'm very good at it, plus it pays very well.....and it's always interesting to me.
I'm not on here to have flings or whatever, I really believe that everyone has a soul mate if you will, and I don't think I've found mine yet. I don't have a problem meeting women and I'm not shy to walk up and start a conversation, I've just been meeting the wrong ones for too long and decided to try something different.
