Hello Everyone
Let me start with I'm a Sucker for a woman with beautiful eyes. I don't know if it's the shape, expression or just the way they sparkle when the light catches them from just the right angle. It's like gazing into the night sky lost in it's vast infinity of beauty. But I should just get on with pleading my case? I only wished to be judged on the content of my character and my convictions first and for most. I'm regular guy I love my truck, my puppy well my dog he is my best friend, I’m now a Marine Corps Reservist since completing 5 years of active military service. I study 3 disciplines of martial art, Jeet Kune Do, Muay Thai Kick Boxing, Jiu Jitsu. When I am not working. I also hunt, fish, hike, rock climb, camp and I mean a bag and a pack camping. Music is a big deal to me as well I just picked up the Guitar again for the first time in almost 15yrs. I’m horrible you can laugh I know I do. I’m close with my family & loyal to a fault I am also a culinary genius well maybe not genius but I do get down in the kitchen. I am huge nerd, Marvel Comics, Batman, Serenity/Firefly fanboy. I am tolerant and respectful of all that I come in contact with and those who I do not.
I'm old fashioned at heart I believe a man should be chivalrous honorable and place the needs of others above his own, even if it is at the cost of his own heart. With that said I guess I can say I'm somewhat altruistic. No man should attempt to court a woman unless he is prepared to defend her honor whether it be by use of his words, intellect or by use of his fist and physical strength. I know. Not very civilized but even Mahatma Gandhi agreed that at some point even a wise man must take up arms to fight and deny himself not his true nature. Though I am old-fashioned that is not to say that I am a cave man I believe a woman is free to chose her own path in life even if it be a path may lead two souls to part. Freedom is a gift I will deny no women. I have learned that true love is a butterfly never yours to keep alone but to be shared with others we can only hope that our love is returned if it is truly meant to be. For if something like love is caged it dies and does so part of our hearts making us cold bitter and alone. I am not looking for a marriage right now. I have been down that road before believe me, and I do wish to travel that road again someday. But I am looking for something fun nothing to serious but something more than a summer romance if that makes sense. Though I speak from my heart I know I am still a man. I know I am so very flawed and without perfection, but I do my best to follow my heart, I'm sorry but that is all I can promise. I know at some point I will let you down and maybe even make you cry, so please forgive me when I falter.
If destiny should place us side by side, I ask very little of you, only that you be of strong moral conviction. Be accepting of yourself for if you cannot accept yourself how can you accept me. Finally the last few important things are please have an artistic soul for that is the soul that sees the beauty of the world. Never be afraid to daydream. Daydreamers are the people who give life to everything else. YOU MUST BELIEVE IN FAIRY TALES, though life is often gray and most never has a Happily Ever After Ending to it. Please, be not superficial, or attention seeking.
