Hi! Thanks for taking the time to check out my profile. I hope you find it interesting and decide to get to know me. I am a 50 (ouch!!) year young…spirit filled and passionate Christian…fun-loving…genuine…caring…loyal…adventuresome lady. My personal relationship with Jesus and following the Holy Spirit is the most important thing to me. If you don't feel the same, I am probably not the one for you. I am very involved in a ministry and believe we're blessed to be the hands and feet of Jesus. He doesn't bring us through our junk to sit and be stagnant, but rather to be a blessing to others going through similar circumstances.
I am genuine, often seen by friends and family as ‘warm and fuzzy’, kind, compassionate, and 'real'. I am a great listener, as when I’m with you, I’m 100% with you. I enjoy asking questions and getting to know you better. I am definitely a ‘heart-to-heart’ person, and don’t enjoy the game playing, although I do have a playful side! ;) As I tend to be honest to a fault, I give you honesty and expect nothing less from you. I prefer quality relationships over quantity relationships. I have a quick wit and have been told that I have a great sense of humor, as I enjoy kidding around and having fun. I enjoy doing just about anything outside, and I enjoy trying new things. I have gone sky-diving, am underwater diving certified, LOVE snow-skiing, camping, and have recently purchased a kayak and enjoy flatwater kayaking. In addition to some of the interests above, I also enjoy grilling and hanging out with friends, attending outdoor concerts, or small outdoor venue listening to music. Two of the things people generally notice about me first are my eyes and my smile. I've tended to all of my baggage, and am traveling much lighter these days. Life is a journey....but one where it's good news when you lose your baggage.
Who I'm looking for... someone who believes and understands what a healthy 'heart soul' relationship is all about and believes that real love is still possible.... someone who is genuine, has a great sense of humor, has a passionate heart for God, is spirit-filled, and desires a deeper relationship with Him, understands, or willing to learn what it means to 'cover' your partner spiritually and be the head of the home, believes in staying active and taking care of himself, family oriented, not afraid to try new things, believes in honesty and lives with a high level of integrity. Hoping that you have 'lost' your baggage and are traveling light by now as well. :)Honest and open communication is very important to me. I am looking for my best friend. I am not looking for someone to just date casually. Naturally I want to develop a friendship first, but I am ready to settle down with that special someone that God has for me, and enjoy the rest of our lives together.
