I am a laid-back, active, outdoorsy type with a fun sense of humor and a strong taste for adventure. I continually seek out opportunities to enhance life through a variety of avenues, including spending time with family and friends, getting outside to experience the power of nature, traveling to distant lands, finding opportunities to laugh heartily and pondering the “big picture” of life. I value my connections with family and make an effort to stay in close contact with them even though I live a healthy distance away. I also have a tremendous group of friends, many of whom I have been close with since childhood. I feel an extremely strong connection to the outdoors and am truly in my element when outside engaging in activities that can range from enjoying a deep powder stash in the backcountry to appreciating the power of an intense sunset. Nature is indeed my church and it is difficult to put into words how it empowers and inspires me. Although I am looking to find someone who can relate to some of my interests, values, and motivations, I am also intrigued by individuals who have a unique perspective on life, an independent nature, a great sense of humor and a strong sense of self. When I ponder the “ideal” partner, I picture someone with fun, positive energy who has a balanced life. I also appreciate active, emotionally connected, and kind-hearted individuals who are aware of the importance of incorporating hard work and fun into a relationship.
