I'm fairly easy to please... I guess what I'm looking for is someone who is nice to me and makes time for the little things, as well as the big ones. Someone who shares the same interests (music, sports, friends, and of course, family) is important, as well.

I have to say, laughing is my favorite... but no pressure to be the life of the party. I sort of cringe at the thought of someone who has to have attention on them at all times. Wit, though, is appreciated.
I've been told I'm funny, (by friends and my students, although the students might not be the best barometer). I play the guitar, but I wouldn't call myself a musician...just enjoy playing in my apartment.
I never thought I would do the online thing, but the fact of the matter is, there are loads of healthy, decent people ready to be in a relationship. In NYC where "the next best thing" is always right around the corner, people hardly ever put themselves out there. Call me crazy, but bars are more or less places we go with friends... I admire the courage to approach a total stranger and I'm never harsh with rejection, but I just don't take it seriously anymore.
Psychos, Craigslist killers, and dudes with crazy ex-girlfriends keep going...
So that's me. :)
