Sometimes I listen to NPR in the morning and other times I struggle with what Pandora thinks I want to listen to. I like to memorize Laffy Taffy jokes and have found that, in life, there is almost always an appropriate Zoolander or Mean Girls quote.
I've lived in Indianapolis for about two years and recently moved downtown despite working in Fishers. I enjoy the work I do and the people I meet in the process.
Music and art have long been part of my life. In my youth I made the brave decision to give up a year-long dream of becoming a concert violist to play flute in the band because they went on cooler trips. I don't for one moment regret it because Six Flags was pretty sweet and I ended up playing flute through college. I'm currently teaching myself ukulele and at one point was pretty dangerous at rock band.
I could use the sage advice of Tom Hanks in regards to becoming an art detective. One time I went to the MOMA and got too close to a Picasso and was, as I recall, almost tackled by security. So if you are ever in that situation I advise you to view the art from a safe distance.
I'm a laid-back person with an active imagination looking for someone to share adventures and stupid jokes.
