Even after being on the east coast for almost 5 years, I've been told that I haven't lost my midwest kindness (or accent!). I grew up in Wisconsin and have tons of Midwest pride, including an unwavering loyalty to the Packers. I'm now in grad school studying public health after teaching 7th and 8th graders for a few years, and I am hoping to continue working with kids in the future. Traveling and trying new things are a must, and I tend to gravitate toward places that offer a good deal of adventure: Cage diving with great whites or sky diving, anyone? I am a firm believer that there's no better way to learn about yourself and gain perspective on the world than immersing yourself in something completely new.
I stay very active and love the outdoors. I am always looking or someone to join me on the tennis court or drive out of the city for a weekend hike. I prefer dive bars to clubs, whiskey to wine, Homeland to 24, the opinion section to the front page, and lakes to the ocean. Looking to meet someone who can hold their own in an intelligent conversation, but can also dish out and take a good dose of banter and sarcasm. If you want to more- just ask!
