MOST IMPORTANTLY I'm looking for someone who has a good work-life balance.
By this I mean someone who's not a workaholic...you make time for more important things such as pastimes and relationships.
I live a pretty slow paced life...I like to give myself lots of time to relax and enjoy time spent with friends and family.
I do not want to live a hectic life where my schedule is completely jam-packed, im just not that person. So if that's you please don't bother to message me, thanks.
I love to learn, especially about psychological, medical and social phenomena.
Nature is my religion: "I go to nature to be soothed and healed, and to have my senses put in order."
I have an honours psychology degree from the University of Waterloo, and am currently working as a retail supervisor but am planning to go back to school for nutrition next fall in order to be a dietician.
** Please no workaholics....I want to be with someone who makes relationships a priority.
I'm looking for someone who can be goofy and lighthearted like myself.
Someone who's super affectionate, and comfortable expressing emotions.
Someone who's not afraid of commitment.
Someone who can make me laugh, and see beauty in small things.
Someone who has a good imagination.
Someone who loves live music and (ideally) plays music or sings as well
Someone who enjoys reading and continuously learning.
Someone who is outgoing, happy, friendly, down-to-earth and laid back.
Someone who loves animals
(I'd rather have dogs than kids, but I may change my mind...)
I want someone who exercises regularly, doesn't smoke (cigarettes), and doesn't think alternative medicine is "hocus-pocus"
Someone genuine, honest and loyal.
And finally, someone who enjoys smoking a happy cigarette every once and again ;)
It may seem like I'm being picky, but I've had a series of long-term relationships so I now know exactly what I want, and I'm not going to settle.
