I grew up in Michigan on a little farm, and while I loved my time there, it always felt a little too small town. Even though I still find time to go home and visit family a few times a year. It's good though because if my car breaks down I can actually fix it myself, I still have my midwest sensibility, and I actually hold doors open for complete strangers (If I ever truly turned into a city boy I know I'd have "that look" from my dad the next time I saw him)
I love to watch college football because being a lions fan is painful. My favorite sport is Hockey, and not just because I play on three rec league hockey teams, I think spending a weekend BBQing or camping is a good time. I spend a lot of time hiking with my dog Kaya, I can be a bit of a nerd sometime. I mean I saw the first season of Game of Thrones and felt the need to immediately go out and read all the books.
I'm not really sure what I'm looking for in a girl. I just know I'll know it when I see it and I haven't seen it so far at the bar with my friends, so why not try somewhere else. If you think we might have some things in common say "hi".
