I am a loving, caring, motivated, successful, educated Man, who is optimistic about the potential of meeting someone special. That does not mean that I am in a rush, and it certainly does not mean that I will settle. If I meet someone to settle down with right now, then great! If not, that's fine too. I enjoy spending time with people I care about and making a difference in the lives of others. I enjoy helping others in my spare time, I like to work out, cook and grill, and visit with friends/family on a very regular basis. I prefer to keep things fairly low-key during the week as I am pretty busy running two successful companies. I find a variety of activities to keep me busy during the weekend, such as going out of town (San Diego, Bay Area, Wine Country, Vegas, South Beach, North West, Mammoth, Mexico, Hawaii, and the most of the Caribbean. I have not been to Europe yet, but on the Radar soon), hiking, sporting events, surfing, golf, soccer, mud runs, mountain biking, spending time with friends, etc. Although I enjoy nights out with friends (Happy Hours, Wine Tasting, Improv, Concerts, Lakers Games, USC Football, Chargers) , I equally enjoy just staying home and relaxing with a good movie. Trying new things and varying what I do and where I go make life more enjoyable. ANY live music or sporting event, trying a new restaurant or new type of food, basically, I love trying anything new... locations, food, activities, meeting new people and making new friends… you name it. I live alone and enjoy it most of the time….Sometimes it gets a little too quiet… I have two wonderful children who do not live with me… They mean the world to me and I enjoy attending their sporting events on some weekends.
My ideal match would be content either staying home, making dinner together and watching movies, or going out and having a good time. She would love to travel and weekends away. She would value her relationships with family and friends and would be busy enough with her own life that she wouldn't become too preoccupied with "us" right away. I take things slowly and she should understand that. She would be patient, loving, kind, compassionate, affectionate, passionate, playful, intelligent, trustworthy, loyal, ambitious, sincere, hard-working, GIVING (as in giving to others...selflessly), physically active/fit stable, goal-oriented, as these are all traits that I possess and are important to me. She would be a Woman of exceptional character and high moral standards. She would be such a wonderful person that in time, I wouldn't even dream of spending time without her. Honestly, my idea of a perfect first date could be a fairly short one (drinks or maybe coffee) so that we could decide if a mutual attraction and chemistry exist and that we feel we would be compatible with one another, therefore I will not compromise my high standards. Also, I enjoy working out 4-5 times a week (and eating healthy) and I would like the same of my partner to some extent. ***Please understand that if I do not respond, it is simply because I don't want to waste our time if I don't see any potential for us. I try not to invest too much time into this site as I have many other priorities that deserve more time. So, the reason I am on here is to see if there is anyone that I am genuinely interested in getting to know. PLEASE do not take offense if I can't get back to you... it's simply not possible for me to respond to every e-mail. P.S. On a more positive note, there's no greater feeling than knowing that you are contributing to the happiness of another... with that said, please know that I truly do LOVE to spoil the person I'm with!
