I am not perfect, have never been, nor will I ever be…and neither are you. And that's great. Doesn't mean perfection can't be found within the combination of the two. I'll keep working on me, and let you be you. Compromise is a necessity in any relationship anyway.
I was on my own at a young age, however, I was very fortunate to have many friends that included me as their own, and gave me an infinite amount of examples of how a great family life should be. It’s given me the ability to appreciate family in all its shapes, sizes, and combinations.
I believe in sarcasm, but not in being obnoxious. I prefer to call it wit. I can also be a dork at times. Anyone that has heard me speak to my dog Eric, (yes Eric), knows this.
Going out is great, but I'd like to get a chance to know someone without competing with the 200 decibel house music. Although, it really doesn't matter what you're doing if its with the right person...
I’ll admit that physical chemistry is a must. It doesn’t mean you must fit some idealistic body type or look, it just means “it” has gotta be there.
I appreciate learning from others, so if you're a woman who is educated, strong of mind or opinion…you’re in luck, because I’m not easily intimidated by intelligent women...I seek them.
If what you say and what you do, are diametrically opposed…we’ll both be wasting our time. Honesty fuels a relationship 10 times further on 1/10 the effort than is needed to be dishonest.
Although I believe in a lot of the traditional aspects of the male/female relationship, I’m also kind of a sucker for a woman who may be willing to make the first move from time-to-time...but not necessarily because she has to. Chivalry is not dead by any means,(I have a Masters in door opening), but are we all not here for the same reason? I'm just saying, don't be shy if you want to say hello
