Well, I'm an easy-going artist who grew up in a little town on the Oregon coast. Over the last ten years I've lived in every major city between Seattle and Tijuana pursuing my career, and have somehow landed in Vegas. I'm trying to stay put for a while because while I've seen (and eaten) things I never would have imagined when i was a kid, the nomadic lifestyle really gets old/
I'm a bit more geeky than country, though the farmboy does show through sometimes. I'm told I'm too open, but since I haven't a clue how to fix that, I don't think about it. Generally I'll try anything new, different and/or shiny that crosses my path.
I've been in Las Vegas for just about two years, but I'm just now finally getting settled in and the place is starting to feel like home. After so many states in so many years, it's great being able to put down roots for a while. The adventures of the past decade have been mind-blowing, but having a familiar place to hang my hat (one of many) is a welcome change.
Trying to meet someone in my own zipcode for a change. Intelligence, wit, humor with a hint of sarcasm are all great...someone into good coffee, good conversation, laughing until your face hurts, and intrigued by most things artistic...whether fine art or Saturday morning cartoons...especially if you can remember when there WERE Saturday morning cartoons.
