I am sure its the same for everyone, but it feels kind of awkward writing a short essay all about myself. It seems only fair though to help in the weeding out process, lol.
I am a creative, outgoing professional, who loves to stay active and laugh! I like to have fun and surround myself with good company and positive attitudes.
Family is important to me. My children are my world, and I credit them for making me who I am. We have been through so much together and I can't imagine life without them! They motivate me to be a better person everyday! Most of my family lives quiet a distance from me, but we are still close. I take off as often as possible to go back home and visit.
I enjoy my career and am passionate about developing business opportunities. I feel fortunate to be able to use my creativity and passions in my everyday work! I enjoy learning and feel you can learn something from every person you come in contact with!
In my free time I love being outdoors, hiking or being at a beach or river are my favorites! Staying active and working out are very important to me. I believe taking good care of your body allows you to enjoy life to the fullest and provides great stress relief. I enjoy going dancing, a good bottle of wine, traveling, cooking, movies, and all types of music. I really love live music and am always looking for new artists.
Originally I am from a small east Texas town, and still consider myself a country girl at heart. I've lived in the city for some time now but enjoy exploring new places and little towns here in Texas. I really enjoy day trips!
I consider myself compassionate and often times loyal to a fault. I tried to change that about myself for a short period of time, but have discovered in time that its a strong part of my personality and good qualities to have. My friends would describe me as dependable and sincere. I am the one they call at 3am for a ride home or in the middle of a life crisis. Not that it happens too often, but I don't mind as I enjoy helping others whenever I can. I like to joke, laugh and can be sarcastic but its all in good fun. I consider myself good judge of character, and though I can get along with anyone for a short amount of time, I prefer to keep my circle of friends pretty tight. I'm an affectionate, "touchy" individual, not to be mistaken for codependent, clingy or needy. I enjoy showing my affection when in a relationship and prefer the same in return.Time at home, just snuggling on the couch or cooking together are my idea of a good evening together.
I'm a busy individual and really prefer it that way. Between my home life and work it can be chaos, which I am sure is the case for most responsible adults. But I can and will make time for the person or relationship I am interested in pursuing. "If it's important to you, you will find a way. If not you will find an excuse." I believe it best when dating to be honest when there really isn't an interest or the chemistry just isn't there. We are all ultimately looking for one individual to spend and enjoy our time & its best not to waste time if its just not the right fit. It sounds direct and maybe rude, but I would expect the same in return.
When looking to spend time with someone new, I have to admit I can befriend anyone but with my personal time and relationships I am much more selective. I was married for quite awhile, and though it wasn't a "fairy tale ending," I still believe in happy, life long relationships. However, I am not looking to rush into another marriage. Nor am I looking for a "hookup". I'm a mother, sister, daughter, aunt, best friend; so treat me the way you would prefer the women in your life with those titles to be treated.
I am looking for someone who wants to be with me as much as I do them. I am looking for my best friend, partner in crime and eventually life partner. Friendship is a good basis for any relationship. It will come natural if the chemistry is there.
