I'm about to join the dirty 30 club and like most women I haven't decided whether or not to run and hide or embrace the age old Texas adage of "Go big or go home!"...BUT I hear that Vegas is nice, so what the hell!
I like traveling and I have a 2 page lists of places I'd like to see (Greece is at the top of the list and closely followed by the majority of Europe) but I'm pretty much happy anywhere there is a large body of water and sun. I like being outdoors and have even been known to go fishing every once in a while...although I hate using live bait if I have to bait the hook myself. I may have been a pirate in a past life because I'm the happiest when I'm near the ocean, it may also have something to do with growing up in California.
I like reading (yes, I do it for fun...you can insert your nerd joke here), discovering amazing hole-in-the-wall restaurants, dive bars (they tend to have the best live music), texas country, baseball (the giants are my home team but the Astros have grown on me...even during the last few seasons), wake boarding and photography. I'm a bit shy about the photography thing though.
I'm crazy about my job, it took a while to find something I really enjoyed but I couldn't be more thankful now that I've found it!
