I think boys should open doors for girls, give them their coats when there's a chill in the air, tell them they're beautiful when they are and sometimes even when they're not. I think boys should stand for something, and stand tall for that thing. I think that life is simpler than we make it. I believe in people and kids and dogs and good old fashioned backyard barbeques. I believe in taking care of yourself and the world around you and I still believe in love. I am an insatiable traveler and I don't intend to live my life carefully so that I may arrive at the grave in a well preserved body but instead I want to slide in sideways thoroughly used up and worn out shouting "Hot damn what a ride!". I'm old fashioned in a lot of ways, not because I don't know better, but because I do. I have a few stamps in my passport, I speak a few languages but no matter how far I travel, what experiences I gather, there is something about the here and now that is simply wonderful. I have a ferocious love for dogs and am a strong advocate for all animal rights. I love being outdoors adventuring, exploring... simply experiencing. But more than anything, I have to confess that there is nothing I wouldn't do for the woman I love. Capture my heart and you will know what it means when a man loves a woman.
