I moved to New York about two years ago and I love living here!
I grew up in Minneapolis, Minnesota and completed my undergrad at UC Berkeley. I moved to New York to participate in a teaching program called New York City Teaching Fellows. I am currently completing my second year as a full-time teacher in a New York City public middle school. It is challenging work but I love it!
This year I started a high school cross country running team at the high school that shares a building with my middle school. It has been an interesting experience to start a team from nothing....all we can to do is improve!
