I've been told that I am a laid back, easy going person who strives to do the right thing in life and in relationships. I prefer to avoid drama and have never been the jealous type. Inherently I am trusting of others and feel that honesty should be the cornerstone of any relationship, which in its own right eliminates jealous tendencies completely. I can be serious when I need to be, but I love to have a good laugh and try to live by the old "work hard and play hard" mentality. Not too much bothers me and seldom do I complain to others. Often I am the ear that others chew on when they need to vent. Being a pseudo therapist at times has reinforced my belief that every story has two sides and I am very cognizant of that fact when I form my own opinions. I am looking for someone who has a good sense of humor, can think rationally and has a good idea of what is right or wrong. Reliability, kindness and a general good nature are also quite important. Everyone has their silly indulgences and I'm fine with discussing fashion or tabloid gossip (after living in Paris for 6 years, I can hold my own regarding fashion) but it's important to have balance and be able to speak about a number of different things. Life is often too serious and it's nice to have a bit of an escape (mine is sports) but it's good to have a variety of things to talk to about. I have lived overseas for 9 years and only recently returned to the States. Living in three foreign countries has allowed me to draw on those experiences in the way that I conduct myself. Life can be simple if you have the right attitude and the right people around you. I think I have the right attitude, now it's time to find the right person to share my time with.
