Well, first and foremost thank you for taking the time to stop by my profile. Hopefully, this could be the beginning of something real, genuine, and possibly life changing. (ton-ton-ton-,ton -- queue the suspense music!). I'd like use this opportunity let you know a little about me. I believe writing about my wants, and my "ideal/perfect" mate, would be trite and limiting. I am open to any of the possibilities that may present themselves on this journey called life.
Me:I am a man who is genuine,compassionate to others, and passionate about life. I'm adventurous, which is why I served honorably in the US NAVY for 8 years. I have lived in various places around the world, and each one has shaped my view on life, and given some perspective on what is really important.I am at varying degrees of reserved and outgoing, I feel comfortable amongst all people from all walks of life. I am college educated and I'm continuing my education. I am polyglot, I speak four languages, and I would like to learn more.I am an avid traveler, I have seen some of the Mediterranean, I have lived in Africa also. I am a gentleman, my parents raised me right. I like intelligent conversation and slapstick humor. I am a movie buff, and you'd be surprised how much useless information i can retain.LOL. I have a lot of tattoos, this however is not a testament of my character, but rather a story about my life.
When I am not out and about, I am usually relaxing at home with friends or watching Netflix.And Yes I do play video games. I enjoy a good laugh, a nice glass of wine and good company. I am not religious, I do however have faith and I respect all faiths.
I am particularly fond of photography and art of all kinds. There is no bad music in my opinion, and I am still kicking myself for not discovering the Beatles earlier in life. I am eternally curious, I like to explore and understand different cultures, I want to be a local, wherever I go. It enriches the experience. I am eternally positive, even though at times it is hard and we all know it. I am thankful for the small blessings.
I am dedicated, I have practiced Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for the last 9 years of my life. I am a fierce competitor, and a children's instructor. I enjoy what I do, it's not a job. It is a great opportunity to be a mentor and to be a role model.It is Something I take very seriously.
I like to compete a lot therefore I train a lot, and it would great if I could meet someone who understands the hard work it takes to be a full time athlete/student/and instructor.
I stay active year round so that may eat what I want when I want. I enjoy being outdoors,at the beach, or walking, bike riding or running.
I have a strong bond with my family and I am grateful for having them in my life. I seek to grow as a person, and see the very best in everyone.
