Some people fear to live, I live to conquer my fears. I cured my fear of heights by jumping out of a plane at 10,000 feet. It’s not that I’m a daredevil, but I love the freedom that comes from knowing I can do something even when it’s terrifying. I did the Arizona Iron Man triathlon just to test my determination, I got kicked in the face by 40 strangers pedaled 112 miles and ran for what seemed an eternity, but hey!!!, they gave me a free T-shirt when I finished. I crave the satisfaction that comes from building things from the bottom up, things I believe in. Recently, I started a company that deals with recycled goods. I will feel I've really done something with my life if I help our future kids breathe a little bit easier. I’m not all into building and heavy lifting. In my downtime, I’d take you to see the Water Lilies at a Monet exhibit. After a picnic lunch in the gardens I’d surprise you with tickets to the Opera, in New York because you’ve never seen Lakme. I whisper sweet little nothings in your ear switching from English to Spanish to German and you try not to laugh. You make me want to study new languages so that I'll have infinite ways to tell you how beautiful you are.
About you.
If you see that someone’s parking meter has run out, you fill it for them. If I’m sick you take my temperature for me while we watch the History channel and eat Apple Cinnamon Cheerios out of the box. When you’re sick you let me draw you a candle lit bath. You’d volunteer at the local soup kitchen and make sure the soup was actually edible. For my birthday you surprise me with U2 tickets and a late night walk on the beach. You’re game to head out on safari in Africa on a moment’s notice with only one bag. Okay, if you want another bag, I’ll carry it for you because I can’t resist you when the corners of your mouth turn up like that. When you mention you’re in the mood for some classical music we hop a jet to Prague and slip into a stone church for an intimate concert played to just the two of us. Afterwards we share a Czech beer at an outdoor cafe while people watching, but somehow the only person who can hold my focus is you.
My approach to Match is that of a treasure hunter. Sometimes you have to sift through a lot of coal to find the diamonds. My goal is actually to meet very few women on here — just the right ones.
Are you that diamond?
