I guess the best place for me to start is the yellow brick road... I am looking for the Wizard of Oz trifecta. I want a man with a heart, a brain and courage. I don't think there is anything sexier than a man who can hold and enjoys conversation with me. If he has a good sensibility and a good sense of humor, I am pretty much at his mercy. The only thing more impressive than a brilliant mind is a tender heart. If my man cries more than I do I think that might be a touch awkward, but a genuine caring individual – now that is a rarity. Courage is something of a commodity these days. I don’t mean a gym rat who can bench press me, but the man who has the courage to actually prioritize people and defines himself by his word... to me that takes courage, considering most aren't able to walk their talk.
I am old fashioned, not knee socks and hoop skirts, but values and convictions. I have idealistic perspectives on monogamy, and the belief that you should marry your best your friend. I have yet to meet my match - no pun intended, but I am open to meeting new people and figure this is worthy of a try.
I am a pretty easy going person. I would be equally happy with a night out as I would with a night in. I think it is really all about the person you are spending time with; after all the company is the element that makes all the difference. The right person can make even the most mundane entertaining. That is what I am looking for… the person that makes the simplest of things better just by their presence.
