I will be relocating to NYC shortly, so I thought I would give this a try. Although I do currently live in Albany, NY , I am often in NYC on the weekends visiting my friends.
I was born in Europe, grew up in Upstate NY, lived in Manhattan for 8 years, and about 3 years ago I moved upstate for job... worked in LA and have lived in the Albany area for about a year . It’s definitely time to return to the city I love!
I'm a really passionate girl, but I am really easy going. I love anything creative. Art, Theater, music, movies, Traveling (I need to do much more of it), Adventures, wine, Cities, and using my free time to helping other such as charity work, or teaching theater to children. I have a BFA in performing arts, and worked professionally in NYC as an actress. I really enjoyed the art of being an actress, but not the superficial lifestyle. It was a lot of fun, but I was in need of a more stable and secure lifestyle, and this is what brought me to the Albany area. I work now as a health care recruiter and I love it!! I also stay as active in performing arts as possible (Teaching, performing, writing) I moved out of the city to advance my career, now that I have reached that point, I am so excited to return to the city I love!!
I am really close to my family, and my 5 nephews who I adore! I’m family oriented, and I have a solid value system and I would like this in a partner as well.
Really what I am looking for is an honest, stable, driven man with integrity, who is looking for a best friend. Honesty and a positive, glass half full type of attitude is of course important. I would really like to find someone who is serious about settling down, but not settling. I hope to find a traveling buddy who can explore with me as well :)
Everyone is attracted to confidence, but arrogance is a huge turn off for me. I am interested in a responsible adult, who doesn’t take himself too seriously, and really wants something exceptional to share with another person. I should add that I am really attracted to intelligence and I value education
