Sometimes I think having a short and adjective laden profile, might be the better way to go. Hit the high points, pack it with buzzwords, casting a wide net. Then the little voice kicks in and reminds me… when putting a request out there, to the incredibly vast and powerful Universe… being specific usually pays off much better. Well, here I go…!

First and foremost, although I thoroughly enjoy the process of meeting people, getting to know someone special, and hopefully falling in Love… serial dating, texting, and emailing is not my thing. If I contact you, it’s because your picture caught my eye, and (if you have one) your profile interested me. Yep, contrary to popular belief, I actually read ‘em! Although happy and complete with myself, being in a healthy, monogamous relationship is where I feel most complete. Life is good for me, I don’t ‘need’ a partner in life… I desire one. I thrive in the partnership of committed love, mutual support and understanding. It’s all about creating and sharing those ah-ha moments in life with someone special.
My passions, are always changing and evolving. Sailing is a huge part of my life and probably always will be. I'll be sailing in the Bahamas later this spring. I like reaching out and adding new things to the mix... I believe it keeps the brain challenged, our hearts young, and makes life interesting. Two years ago I decided on learning to play the guitar…. it’s been great on so many levels, I’m hooked! I love a good road trip in my Westfalia... Yosemite, Sequoia Nat'l Park, Joshua Tree, anywhere in Utah...
Life has it's serious moments and I meet those challenges head on, however, the heart of me is very young, and I like to keep it that way. As far as I know, we are only here once, and I see no sense in taking life too serious or rushing to the end… it's all about the journey and let’s enjoy the ride! I’m an optimist, trying to keep life simple and enjoyable, don’t sweat the small stuff. I’m not the jealous type… you will get my support in doing the things that make you feel whole, complete and alive, even if they have nothing to do with me.
I gravitate to women who are outgoing and creative, healthy and fit, with good energy. Happy hearts and easy smiles, accompanied by an optimistic attitude, will always draw my attention. I love a good sense of humor, sharp wit, and quick mind. On the other hand, if you’re needy, materialistic, high maintenance, or feel pressured to impress we probably won’t click. I lived the flashy fast life a few years back, it was a blast…that lifestyle just doesn’t interest me anymore. I like free spirited girls that think for themselves and enjoy making their own way. Sexy to me is being comfortable in your own skin, not trying too hard, and not needing constant reassurance from external sources.
Although careful with my heart and slow to open it, know that when I do… I give everything and you will have all of me. The ideal first date would be an easy bike ride on the beach, meeting at the swings in Venice, possibly sailing, a splash of coffee, or a bite to eat... maybe you have a better idea?
