I like to keep things simple and have fun. Live a full life and laugh often. My son is young, and lives with me - he is always going to be my first priority, but I still have plenty of adult time. I'm self employed, so my schedule is pretty flexible. In my spare time I like to ride my road bike, run, hang out with friends, and go out of town. I have a fantastic life and would like to meet someone that fits into this dynamic. I treat people the way I want to be treated, and I always find the best in people and in situations.
2012 has been a fantastic year, and I'm so excited to see what 2013 brings! I have some personal goals planned like California Classic Ultimate Challenge in May. We don't have to run together, or even ride together (riding would be a plus), but we should support each other in our hobbies and goals.
If you're just trolling for women, I'm not interested. I'm looking for something substantial that can organically grow into something. I'm a one woman/one man kind of girl. I will gladly put in the necessary work for a healthy relationship but I'm not going to force anything that isn't right. I want the good conversation and the crazy chemistry and lots of fun times. Communication is a must. With text and email so convenient, it can be easy to misconstrue things. No need to complicate things more than they need to be.
I think it's important to find a happy medium and maintain our own identities when we are in relationships. I like who I am, hopefully you like who you are, and we can find a middle ground and just mesh without being fully dependent while bringing out the best in each other. I'm really too busy for nonsense and drama. I'm totally fine with where I am in my life and where I'm going, and would rather be alone than settle for anything less than what I am willing to give.
It would be fantastic to meet someone with some similar interests who is already happy. I really think you have to be happy before you can include someone in your life and have a successful relationship. I don't take anything or anyone for granted and believe everyday is a blessing :) The energy you put into the universe is the energy you get back.
