I'm not a typical female. I don't play games, I'm not catty, I don't do the jealousy bit, I hate shopping...unless Daiquiris are involved. There is so much more to life than having to deal with all that. I have been through a lot, seen a lot, done a lot, continue to do a lot of things in life. I'm very down to earth, enjoy playful smartassisms (ask me what that means if you'd like :-) ). I am opened minded about doing almost anything, going anywhere, experiencing new things. I am independent & I simply like to enjoy life.

I am a full figure female, but I'm in the process of leaning down. This past year I've change my entire life style to a more active one. I am currently playing on a volleyball league walking 3 or more miles 3-4x a week. I'm looking into doing more of the run/walks that are offered in the area. I would like someone that stays active as well. However if you are one of those types that only want to associate with the Barbie doll trophy type, I'm not her.. I'm down to earth, have a terrific heart, great sense of humor, am kinda on the cute side... But barbie.....yeah....yeah.... Noooo.
I enjoy a wide range of stuff, from going out with friends, a Sunday saint's game, festivals, concerts, traveling, the beach, mountains, etc,.....to playing laser tag, squirt gun fights during the summer time,.....walking the french quarter on a beautiful spring day, or just staying at home. I'm good with it all. My goal for this coming year is to learn to scuba!
What I'm looking for in someone is pretty much the same qualities. Some one that can have fun, has an open mind, and enjoys life in general. Is independent. A good sense of humor is a must. Laid back, easy going personality is essential. I'm looking for someone to go to Mardi Gras balls or the Red Dress run with. I'm looking for Friendship, someone to hang out with would be great. Wether it leads to something more or not... I'm good with. I prefer guys either clean shavin or w/ a goatees or 5 oclock shadows ...
I would like someone that is still young at heart, can hold a decent conversation, and someone whom makes me laugh.. Communication is important.
I am a great mother to a wonderful son. Being a good parent is one of the things I'm proud of. I've learned to balance personal time with family time, I believe that is a very important part of life is finding balance. I will be keeping these to things separate untill we know each other A LOT better. However, my child is a very important part of my life, I do have a tendency to talk about him from time to time. I am a mom after all :)
